Job Summary
Lead CommonSpirit Health's Horizon 2020 Acceleration transformation by crafting vision, gaining alignment, and motivating stakeholders to achieve strategic financial success. Translate system objectives to operating units in collaboration with executive management, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and reduce expenses. Serve as a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing insight and analysis on the financial implications of strategic decisions. Coordinate resources to maximize efficient operations and support system initiatives while leveraging emerging technology for process efficiencies. Comply with all applicable laws, standards of conduct, and policies, assisting in risk evaluation and implementing corrective plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a combination of education and additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible financial administrative experience in an acute healthcare institution
- at least five (5) years in a senior leadership capacity
