Responsibilities include interviewing customers and experts, transforming insights into reusable assets like case studies and customer stories, shaping messaging with authenticity, utilizing AI tools, and refining content based on audience feedback. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, strong storytelling abilities, familiarity with B2B SaaS, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in journalism, copywriting, content marketing, or a related field
- Strong storytelling and interviewing skills with a focus on uncovering the “why”
- Experience shaping complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and tech-driven audiences
- Comfortable using AI tools as helpers while protecting the human voice
- Curious, empathetic, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (HubSpot a plus)
