Job Summary
Design manufacturing processes and standardize assembly operations, including work instructions and jig management. Drive efficiency improvements through labor reduction and optimize equipment planning, introduction, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to identify defects, root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Manage the full production lifecycle from satellite design to launch. Based in Yamato Technology Center, Kanagawa, with occasional travel to Tsukuba for testing environments. Join a flat organization in the New Space sector to build scalable mass-production systems.

- 試験環境拠点(茨城県)に必要に応じて出張が可能な方
- 出張先：茨城県つくば市
- 製造工程の設計、または、プロセス開発経験
- 製造・組立工程の工程構築、または、工程整備・改善経験
- 製造ライン立上げ経験
- 日常会話レベルの英語
- ビジネスレベルの日本語

- 製造業での組立工程の製造技術経験
- 人工衛星の製造技術経験
- 3D CADの操作経験
- 宇宙環境試験の経験
- 治具設計の経験
- サプライヤーとの折衝経験
