Conduct help desk operations for OA devices and PCs at the Yamato Technology Center, including setup, troubleshooting, and inquiry resolution. Design, build, operate, and maintain the center's wired and wireless network environments. Define requirements, develop, deploy, and maintain production systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, and traceability management systems. Propose system planning for digitalization and automation in production sites. Coordinate with external vendors and SIers, and advance information security measures covering network and OT environments. Adjust system matters with internal production departments, other units, and external vendors.
