SYNLawn Project Manager

Review awarded projects with estimators and financial managers to prepare and submit accurate project submittals reflecting the full scope of work. Request shop drawings, P.O. numbers for materials, and necessary subcontracts, then coordinate with subcontractors to order all materials and send orders to production. Ensure change orders are executed and maintain Wrike updates without blanks. Finalize projects by requesting approved roll orders and closing out accounts. Some travel is required (30%). This role supports the construction team in delivering accurate submittals and managing project administration from bid review through final closure.
