Job Summary
Represent the group in all legal matters, including court and public administration, while advising the German hotel business and investor relations on legal relationships. Act as the primary contact for legal inquiries across all business units, negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, and hospitality agreements in German and English. Coordinate notarial certification of documents and manage external counsel for specific projects, providing ongoing corporate legal support for new openings, acquisitions, restructuring, and closures. Manage the corporate legal advisory for German, Austrian, and Luxembourg group companies.
Required Qualifications
- Das erste und zweite juristische Staatsexamen erfolgreich bestanden
- bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung in einer juristischen Position in einem vorzugsweise internationalen Unternehmen oder einer Kanzlei erworben
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ohne umfangreiche administrative Unterstützung selbstständig eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Angelegenheiten bearbeiten, organisieren und priorisieren können
