Job Summary
Symitar Programmer needed to support core system integration, data initiatives, and reporting within a credit union setting. Role focuses on hands-on development in the Symitar Episys environment to enhance connectivity, data flow, ETL processes, data warehouse collaboration, and enterprise reporting. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Episys-based programs, designing Episys-integrations with internal/external systems, supporting ETL/data warehouse activities, ensuring data accuracy and performance across systems, troubleshooting data/system issues, collaborating with IT/operations/business stakeholders, and participating in testing, deployment, and documentation. Preferred experience with ARCU, BI tools, and reporting solutions in financial institutions. Remote/Direct Hire with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience programming within Symitar Episys (PowerOn preferred)
- Proven experience with system integrations involving core banking platforms
- Experience working with data, ETL processes, and data warehouse environments
- Solid understanding of credit union or financial services operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
