Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues. Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed. Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts and ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. license
