Conduct direct health care for clients with home service decisions, collaborating with users, family, and colleagues. Develop and execute procedures in close partnership with users and their relatives, adhering to fundamental and advanced nursing procedures. Actively participate in professional development within the nursing team and contribute to knowledge sharing. Collaborate interprofessionally to ensure total care services for each client. Document and follow up on administrative tasks related to nursing work, and document, observe, and register in accordance with current legislation. Work involves a fixed position of 67.7% work every third weekend and a fixed weekend position of 25.4% every third weekend, including the night before Monday.
