Job Summary
As our Middle School Culture Specialist, you will build and maintain a positive student culture through restorative, reflective, and relationship-centered interventions, respond to behavior incidents with crisis intervention to minimize instructional disruption, support schoolwide culture systems and behavior management, and collaborate with teachers, leaders, and the Student & Family Support Team to implement MTSS/RTI and data-informed interventions. You will monitor progress toward behavioral and social-emotional goals, strengthen partnerships with families, contribute to school-wide operations, and participate in ongoing coaching and professional development to sustain a equitable, engaging middle school environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
