Job Summary
School Social Worker on the district’s student services team; provides pull-out and group counseling for Tier II/III students, supports social-emotional development and academic achievement, coordinates with families and community resources, collaborates with counselors/psychologists on IEP/504 supports, conducts home visits, utilizes MTSS, CASEL SEL standards, and crisis coordination; required two years of school social work experience, MSW/LCSW/LPCMH (licensure preferred), and active application process for Delaware Schools; position based at Lewis Elementary School with full-time duties and ongoing collaboration with district stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in mental health counseling
- MSW or LCSW or LPCMH or similar
- School Social Worker licensure (preferred)
