SY 26-27 - School Counselor - Elementary School

Provide guidance counseling to grades 3-5, assist students in academic achievement and social/emotional development, provide pull-out support for Tier II/III students, serve as 504 Coordinator, teach students to manage emotions and interpersonal skills, provide short-term and small group counseling, refer students for long-term support when appropriate, collaborate with families/teachers/administrators/community, conduct data analysis to identify student issues, participate in district committees, assist with crisis management, develop and follow an ASCA-aligned counseling program and annual plan, attend district counselor meetings, uphold ethical/professional standards, be a team player and effective communicator, fulfill continuing education requirements, and perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
