Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one and small-group behavioral support and instruction to K–2 students under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and families to support development of academic, social-emotional, communication, and self-regulation skills in the general education environment.
Required Qualifications
- Direct behavioral support to students
- One-on-one and small-group instruction
- Implementation of BIPs and skill acquisition programs as designed by the BCBA
- Data collection and timely documentation
- Collaboration with teachers and related service providers
- Professional communication with staff and families
- Maintain daily records and reporting of incidents or progress
