Job Summary
Coaches literacy instruction at the school level, provides one-on-one and group professional development to teachers, analyzes student data to inform instruction, aligns with state standards and division materials, collaborates with the literacy team and administrators, maintains Title I documentation, and leads building-level literacy initiatives to improve student achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Virginia teacher license with reading specialist endorsement
- Master's Degree is required
