Switchboard Operator (Part-time)

Switchboard Operator sought for part-time role within Bon Secours Hospital Cork’s Switchboard/General Reception team. Responsibilities include operating the switchboard efficiently, handling queries, managing the bleeping system, and assisting with reception duties. Candidate must have excellent customer service, strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and fluency in English. Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous. Shift pattern: 8:00 am–4:00 pm, four days in Week 1 and two days in Week 2, with coverage for holidays and sick leave as needed.
