Switchboard Operator

Manage telephone calls, messages, visitor badges, guest keys, and sign-in/out records while providing professional customer service to visitors, residents, staff, contractors, and overnight guests. Monitor security and emergency systems, make public announcements, assist with guest accommodations, and coordinate with various departments. Complete administrative tasks and work orders in TELS, handle deliveries, and maintain daily logs. Requires willingness to work evening and weekend shifts.
