Job Summary
Operate the central switchboard, manage reception and secretarial duties, and handle telephone/communications problems efficiently. Take charge of any emergencies, contact proper authorities when needed, and ensure all switchboard tasks are completed professionally. Daily entry of employee call offs and tardies into the HR system is required, along with periodic assistance to other departments when it does not interfere with switchboard operations. This role represents Beverly Farm to the public and requires working under stress. A high school graduate or G.E.D. with six months of general office experience and Microsoft computer knowledge is needed. Shifts run from 3pm-11pm on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 7am-3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
