Switchboard Operator & Cashier

Answer switchboard calls and route them, assist customers with basic dealership information, and receive all cash and credit card payments. Maintain daily records of cashier transactions and perform related clerical duties. Stock cars and maintain key track machines for the sales department. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and working knowledge of ADP/CDK systems. Bilingual English, Spanish, or Polish is a plus, and auto dealer experience is preferred though training is provided.
