Switchboard Operator - 2nd Shift

Answer incoming public calls for assistance across multiple sites and route them accurately to the appropriate departments. Initiate all alarm, code, and on-call procedures by following detailed pathways, including the ability to quickly rise from a sitting position to respond to emergencies. Manage patient transfers between facilities by accessing all parties via the Lynx System and completing transfer reports. Maintain excellent telephone manners, clear diction, and the composure required to multi-task under pressure while serving customers. Work the 2nd shift at Scranton Regional Hospital.
