Job Summary
Switchboard Attendant delivering seamless, discreet communication for a luxury Orient Express property in Venice. Manage all incoming/outgoing calls, route to guest suites and departments, provide wake-up calls and message handling, support emergency and crisis situations with confidentiality, act as central liaison and cultural ambassador, monitor safety systems, and maintain meticulous records. Requires impeccable verbal skills, discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to multitask in a high-end hospitality environment; experience with PBX systems and fluency in Italian and English are essential.
