Job Summary
As a Swiss CNC Machinist (1st shift) at Regal Rexnord, you will configure, set up, and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet tight tolerances and surface-finish requirements. You will read and interpret blueprints/operation drawings and apply GD&T, load and adjust programs on Mitsubishi controls, perform in-process and final inspections, support tooling changes and machine adjustments, troubleshoot, document work, follow procedures, and collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth production flow. The role requires 3–5 years of setting up/operating Swiss CNC lathes (or Citizen machines), proficiency with GD&T and G-code/Mcode, ITAR compliance readiness, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required)
- Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Mitsubishi controls; ability to read and edit programs (G-code/Mcode)
- High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills
