Job Summary
Provide direct resident care including activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and meals) and assist with medication setup/administration after training. Maintain resident records, report changes in health or behavior, and ensure a clean, safe environment through housekeeping, laundry, and meal service. Support daily activities, participate in trainings, and uphold confidentiality and professional conduct while delivering compassionate care to residents in an assisted living/Residential Care setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training with working with seniors
- Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards (can be acquired during the hiring process)
- Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required but part of your onboarding and training.
