Job Summary
Front Desk Associate/Doorman role for the Union, NJ building. Responsibilities include greeting, announcing, and directing tenants, guests and vendors; scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues; planning and organizing on-site events; providing referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, retail, and services; documenting and tracking mail, deliveries, and vendor services; answering phones; monitoring the lobby; and managing keys and access cards. Requires 3+ years of customer service, strong communication, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
