Job Summary
Provide swing bed medical surgical care on a 12-hour night shift rotating 3 times weekly from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Maintain 24 months of total role experience with recent acute care and medical surgical unit background. Adhere to strict travel-only placement requirements, including living more than 50 miles from the facility and a 12-month gap from prior HealthTrust Program placements. Complete required vaccinations and pre-employment modules. This assignment offers a streamlined application process with no recruiter involvement for a 13-week contract starting ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of role experience
- some in the last 12 months
- at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years
- 12 months of acute care experience
- Alabama license or compact license
- COVID vaccination
- Flu vaccination
- 12 months gap between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS)
- 12 months gap between for Part-Time at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS)
- 12 months gap between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS)
- no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS)
- 1 year of hospital experience
- 7 days maximum time off
- 2 references from last 12 months
- Driver's license
