Swimming Pool Service Technician Assistant

Job Summary
On-the-job training role assisting Pool Technicians with cleaning pools, testing water, removing/ installing covers, and basic equipment repairs; supports scheduling and service documentation; requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and flexible availability including weekends and peak seasons. 90-100% travel; outdoor environment; emphasis on teamwork, customer service, safety, and building a long-term career in pool service and maintenance. High School Diploma/GED preferred; prior technical experience preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; must have reliable transportation and be able to operate a vehicle when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Some technical experience preferred (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool service/repair)
- Must be a team player with strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility on schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays during peak season
