Swimming Pool Service Technician Assistant

Job Summary
Assist Pool Technicians with cleaning pools, servicing equipment, and performing repairs including leak detection and plumbing. Support pool openings and closings, while handling material handling, vehicle loading, and job-site housekeeping. Safely apply chemicals and answer basic customer questions regarding maintenance and service recommendations. Learn the Work Order platform for accurate documentation and promote equipment upgrades. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 100 pounds, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.

- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to operate heavy machinery or tools
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone and computer
- 90-100% travel
- Ability to work outside of a scheduled shift

Desired Qualifications
- Some technical experience (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool service/repair)
