Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in the swimming pool industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
