Job Summary
The position involves conducting group and individual swim lessons while ensuring safety and responsibility. Instructors are expected to motivate members and guests to enhance swim technique, comfort, and self-confidence in the water. Candidates should have familiarity with the aquatics industry and demonstrate swimming proficiency. A minimum of 1 year of experience in instructing swim lessons is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. 16 years of age with Life Guard Certification or 18 years with First Aid/CPR/AED Certification is required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum 16 years of age and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or Minimum 18 years of age and American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
