Swim Team Coach

Coach, train, and condition swimmers of all ages while enforcing YMCA rules to maintain a safe, competitive atmosphere. Classify athletes and assign event placements during meets to ensure each swimmer thrives. Deliver instruction on critical techniques using a competitive swimming background to guide athletes toward personal bests. Maintain a positive team culture through strong communication, utilizing training software tools to enhance strategies. Requires a high school diploma and a solid competitive swimming background for this part-time role with flexible hours and a rate of $14–$16 per hour.
