Job Summary
Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and are achieving their goals. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding development and progression through the programme. Assist in the supervision of customers in the pool and surrounds, maintaining safety and discipline. Provide guidance to children and their parents while working within a team environment. This part-time role offers 4 hours per week on a rota basis, with an hourly rate up to £17.36. Candidates must hold a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and an enhanced DBS check. Freedom Leisure supports career progression through formal and on-the-job training across its network of over 130 centres.
