Job Summary
Senior-level General Manager responsible for all aspects of Streamline Brands’ SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville operation, including developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, guiding customer service vision and strategy, executing on revenue and margin objectives, budgeting and forecasting, and building a high-performing team. Responsibilities include partnership with Regional Manager and District Manager, P&L management, driving programs to optimize margins, leading talent acquisition, overseeing front desk/retail operations, and performing swim instruction as needed. Preferred background in aquatics management and swim instruction, with knowledge of pool maintenance and operation.

- Experience managing P&L
- Ability to forecast, budgeting, planning
- Experience with customer service and front desk operations
- Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance & operation (Certified Pool Operator or Aquatics Facility Operator)
