Swim School Manager

Develop, implement, and manage strategies that grow the business; partner with the Regional Manager to establish and maintain customer service vision and strategy, execute plans, and drive direct sales; provide leadership and direction to all staff; manage P&L and budgeting; forecast and set goals; drive programs to optimize margins; recruit and hire quality staff; manage front desk and retail; and perform swim instruction as necessary.
