Job Summary
Manage all aspects of SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville operations including developing and executing growth strategies, partnering with the Regional Manager on customer service vision and strategy, and leading the front desk/retail operations. Direct the District Manager in providing leadership and direction to impact revenue growth, costs, and margins, forecast and budget, set goals, and manage team productivity and performance. Build and develop an effective team to deliver service and drive business growth, attract and hire quality staff, oversee customer service, and participate in swim instruction as needed. Strong leadership, teamwork, scheduling, hiring, and knowledge of aquatics operations (Certified Pool Operator or Aquatics Facility Operator) are highly valued.
