Swim Lesson Instructor - Wilson

Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, provide excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with Family Y of Greater Augusta policies and procedures. Maintain a minimum age of 16 years and hold YSLI or WSI certification, with CPRo/BLS, First Aid, and AED training completed within 30 days. Complete a successful background screening including criminal and drug checks.
