Job Summary
Teach swim techniques, strokes, and water safety rules to participants of varying abilities, assess participant progress, and adjust programs as necessary. Monitor the pool to ensure safety, maintain attendance and progress reports. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of age.
- Ability to swim 25 yards of 4 of the following strokes: Front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly, side stroke, or elementary back stroke.
