Job Summary
Teach swimming skills using the SafeSplash Swim School curriculum in a fun, engaging way; provide continuous feedback to students and parents; optimize class time for learning; track student progression daily and conduct monthly Splash n’ Tell sessions to share progress; maintain swimmer safety by following curriculum safety requirements; manage class structure and equipment; communicate updates and changes to management; adhere to SafeSplash uniform standards; on-site weekday, weeknights, and weekend availability with 10+ hours per week; CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or obtained within 90 days; completion of curriculum training within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (must be obtained within first 90 days)
- Completion of SafeSplash curriculum training within first 30 days
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable around water and with children
- Prior swim experience preferred
