Communicate with families and management to ensure progress and safety while adapting your teaching style to each learner. You will complete a brief swim assessment during training and demonstrate techniques safely, with full training and mentorship provided for those without prior teaching experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Able to tread water
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate swim techniques safely
- First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) certification or willingness to obtain with guidance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
