Job Summary
Swim Instructor needed to teach swim lessons to students using our curriculum, ensure safety of each class, build water confidence, and help students reach their best abilities. You’ll regularly communicate with students and fellow staff, welcome feedback, and report to the Deck Supervisor or Site Supervisor during shifts while supporting the pool deck. The role is part-time with afternoon/evening and weekend shifts, offering paid training and a negotiable starting wage based on prior experience. Required Qualifications
- Caring and compassion for children and adults
- Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
- Strong communication skills
- Great attitude and willingness to be coached
- The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
