Seeking a Swim Instructor/Supervisor to manage aquatic operations, teach swimming, ensure safety compliance, generate sales, and promote programs at Marina Swim School.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (required).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an aquatic facility.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
