Job Summary
Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet participants' interests, abilities, and goals. Maintain proficiency in all swim strokes and hold current CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Work approximately five hours per week in a fun, supportive environment. This commission-only role offers flexible, supplemental hours for those seeking to help others build confidence in the water while contributing to a nationwide team of over 2,400 professionals dedicated to improving health and wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- At least 17 years old
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute
- Strong swim background
- Proficiency in all swim strokes
- Meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test
