Job Summary
Instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Work in the water for 3-4 hours on some shifts while maintaining excellent interpersonal communication with children. Obtain Ellis Lifeguard Certification within 90 days of hire, with in-house training provided. Schedule includes weekend days and evenings, with quarterly adjustments to accommodate class needs. Full-time roles offer 20+ hours per week, while part-time positions provide flexible hours ideal for students. Earn $13-$15 hourly with regular increases and bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work with children
- Must be willing to work in the water for 3-4 hours on some shifts
- Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday- 4 hour shift) and some evenings (until 7:30)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- MUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!
- Ellis Lifeguard Certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- Age 15+
