Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months - 12 years using Goldfish's play-based curriculum; create a safe and positive learning environment; communicate progress to families; maintain pool safety; be a supportive, professional teammate on and off the pool deck; training provided with opportunities for internal promotions and leadership growth; Paid training and potential lifeguard certification while employed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)
- Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years)
- Training & Growth: Paid training provided; Lifeguard certification is required while employed; Courses available within 90 days of employment; You are paid for training time
