Job Summary
Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months - 12 years using Goldfish's proven, play-based curriculum. Create a safe and positive learning environment, communicate progress with families, and maintain pool safety. Be a supportive, professional teammate on and off the pool deck. Paid training provided; Lifeguard certification required while employed; opportunities for internal promotions and leadership growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years)
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)
- Lifeguard certification is required while employed
