Job Summary
Swim Instructor at AquaTech Swim in Concord, CA with fully paid training and a starting pay of $26–$27/hour. Teach swim lessons to children of all skill levels, lead small structured classes, and help kids build confidence in the water. Role requires maintaining a safe, positive, and organized environment, communicating progress with supervisors, and working year-round or seasonally with set weekday and weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- comfortable in the water
- reliable, punctual
- experience with kids, sports, or teaching is a plus (not required)
