Job Summary
Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events; teaches life skills to members, evaluates swimming ability to establish swim level, maintains a safe, clean pool area, and promotes Aquatics programs. Requires Lifeguard certification (StarGuard Elite) with CPR and First Aid, ability to swim 25 yards/meters, and willingness to work in a club environment; duties also include responding to guest inquiries, assisting with program promotion, and ensuring safety and order in the Aquatics facilities.
Required Qualifications
- StarGuard Elite Lifeguard
- BLS CPR
- First Aid Certification (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year)
- Education: Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
