Job Summary
Teach swimming skills per Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner; provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on swimming efforts; structure class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills; ensure swimmer safety; prior swim instruction is preferred and training is available; CPR/First Aid certifications are encouraged and will be supported for completion within 60 days of hire; additional benefits include free swim lessons for children and access to swim technology.
Required Qualifications
- WSI certification preferred
- Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire
- Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs
