Job Summary
Teach swimming skills to students in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner. Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to swimmers, structure class time to reinforce skills, and ensure swimmer safety. Prior swim instruction is preferred but we will train; CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred (we assist with certification within 60 days of hire). Instructors with experience teaching young swimmers (6 months to 10 years) and those with Special Needs are given special consideration.
Required Qualifications
- WSI certification preferred
- American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED and First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred (we will help certify within 60 days of hire)
- Experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs preferred
