Job Summary
Provide swim instruction using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and develop confident swimmers through positive reinforcement. Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents while helping create the Golden Experience for swimmers, families, and staff. Obtain and maintain current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 60 days of hire. Work flexible weekday mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts earning up to $21/hour based on specialty training. Prior experience with children or lifeguarding is preferred, though all safety training is provided at no cost.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain/maintain current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 60 days of hire

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children of all ages and ability levels
- Willingness to work Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with children (child care, camp counselor, coach, or mentor)
