Job Summary
Conduct effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons on campus in Cambridge, MA. Design individualized programs to meet participant interests, abilities, and goals. Maintain proficiency in all swim strokes and navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems. This part-time role offers up to 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute
- Must have a strong swim background
- Proficiency in all swim strokes
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
