Swim Instructor

Deliver swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum with consistency, energy, and a focus on student growth. Enforce safety rules and regulations on the pool deck daily to prevent accidents, while accurately evaluating student progress and completing skill evaluations on time. Connect with parents and guardians after lessons to share updates and address concerns, using creative problem-solving to help students work through challenges. Maintain and properly store all pool equipment, including lane lines, and assist with light cleaning duties such as deck mopping and trash removal. This role requires evening and weekend shift availability and involves regular exposure to heat, humidity, and chlorine.
